An immediate opening for an AOA Fitness Leader for a Minds in Motion chair fitness class for people with early to moderate signs of dementia along with their care givers. Wednesdays Nov 6 – Dec 4th, 1-2pm at the Gordon Howard Centre in Selkirk.
